Contract type: Fixed Term Contract – 13 months, Full Time

Salary: £25,000 – £27,000

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 17:00, Friday 08:30 – 16:00 (38.5 hours per week)

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and well-organised Site Administration Lead to support our Cardington site. You’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth daily operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting both the leadership team and on-site staff. Your contribution will help enhance team performance, uphold operational standards, and ensure the site runs efficiently and professionally.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, managing sign-in procedures and inductions
  • Oversee daily colleague attendance records and liaise with team leaders regarding absences
  • Maintain training records, supporting delivery of training in line with operational needs
  • Prepare reports and documentation for People Services, including payroll-related data
  • Monitor and maintain site housekeeping, consumables and service standards
  • Raise purchase orders and manage suppliers through Business Central
  • Support internal audits, site checks and health & safety compliance requirements
  • Provide administrative support to the Site Manager and contribute to employee forums

About You

  • Strong administration background, ideally in a facilities or operational environment
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to build positive working relationships and maintain confidentiality and integrity
