We are currently looking for Lecturers to join us on an hourly paid basis with experience of teaching ESOL to adults.

You must be dedicated to delivering to a range of learners who are multi lingual and from various cultural backgrounds.

Your teaching and learning delivery must be motivating and inspiring to unleash the potential of our students and you will be expected to prepare schemes of work, lesson and assessment plans and provide appropriate academic and pastoral support to individual students as required. You will also be expected to deliver from multiple site to all age groups including 16-18 year old learners.

In addition to participating in the interviewing, enrolment and induction of students, you will also be expected to use information on students’ starting points, such as initial assessments, to plan teaching and learning. You will be expected to participate in team meetings and engage in regularly upskills yourself as well as attend CPD opportunities offered by the college.

A Teaching Qualification, i.e. DTLLS, Cert. Ed/PGCE, or equivalent (or a commitment to work towards) is essential for this role, alongside an appropriate qualification.
