If you are experienced in performing administrative roles in a corporate business environment and are seeking a part-time role based in Croydon, London; then we would love to hear from you in relation to our Quality & Risk Administrator role.

Based out of our Croydon Head Office an opportunity has arisen for someone to join TSA Riley’s Quality & Risk Team on a part-time basis. You will work as part of a small team within the business, reporting into to the Head of this department and provide administrative support to the business across a variety of different areas.

We’re looking for a proactive individual with proficient MS Office skills with the ability to perform a variety of tasks as required across Excel, Word and PowerPoint. You will need to be organised and have strong planning skills to manage your time effectively and work to deadlines. Accuracy and strong communication skills will also be key as you work with important documentation and have daily engagement with multiple stakeholders.

Duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Providing administrative support to the Quality & Risk Team
  • Production and maintenance of key business data using MS Excel
  • Preparation of reports and presentations using MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Processing of legal documentation
  • Sub-consultant Appointment processing and maintenance
  • Maintenance of insurance validation from third parties
  • Shared mailbox triage and maintenance
  • Shared calendar maintenance
  • Controlled/standard document creation, maintenance and version control
  • Meetings and training session scheduling and administration
  • General administrative support to the Team and wider business where required
Essential skills required are:
  • Software proficiency: MS Office suite with strong MS Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint skills.
  • First rate communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent English skills, written and verbal.
  • A strong self-starter and team player, enthusiastic and collaborative with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Meticulous eye for detail with a commitment to delivering excellence.
  • The ability to plan, prioritise and deliver tasks under pressure and to strict deadlines.
  • Adaptable and flexible with the ability to adjust to changing circumstances and demonstrate sound judgement.
  • Diligent and discreet with the ability to recognise the importance of maintaining confidentiality and act with integrity in all situations.
  • Strong decision-making and planning skills with the ability to filter information and assess priorities to make informed decisions.
