About The Role
Due to business growth we are actively recruiting for a HGV Mechanic to join our growing fleet department.
Location: Preston
Salary: £45,000

About The Role

Salary: £45,000
Roles And Responsibilities
- Vehicle inspections
- Defect repairs
- Vehicle servicing
- Reactive maintenance
- PMI's and MOT preparations
- Completion of all vehicle paperwork
- Attend Breakdowns or accident vehicles
- Class C+E / HGV Class 2 driving license - essential
- ADR certification in tanks and packages would be preferred - not essential
- Successful applications must have own tools.
- Previous industry experience preferred - not essential
- A strong background in commercial HGV vehicle servicing
- Possess full industry recognised qualifications (City & Guilds or NVQ or industry equivalent)
- Holds a real passion for all things automotive, whilst taking a proactive approach to manual fault finding though to resolution
