Sureserve Compliance South, part of the Sureserve Group, delivers heating services within the social housing sector across London & the South East. We support our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. We are London’s largest and most successful gas contractor, focusing on long-term contracts with our clients to offer our staff job security and progression opportunities.
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support bid manager to create high-quality submissions and provide administrative support. This an ideal role for candidates looking to develop their writing skills, with training opportunities to become a Bid Writer. This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Role
- Responding to standard selection questionnaires
- Proofreading and editing tenders for clarity, consistency, and accuracy
- Formatting proposals according to client requirements and company standards
- Ensuring timely submission of bids within strict deadlines
- Ensuring CRM system is maintained
- Developing engaging case studies by liaising with subject matter experts across the business
- Maintaining bid library
- General administrative support
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience bid coordination industry - desired
- Proficiency in InDesign - desired
- Knowledge of CRM and project management software - desired
