Key Responsibilities
- Account Management – Take full ownership of key national accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term retention
- Sales & Revenue Growth – Drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new commercial opportunities within existing accounts
- Relationship Building – Establish and nurture strong, strategic partnerships with key customers
- Problem Solving – Act quickly to address any client issues, providing effective solutions and maintaining trust
- Data & Reporting – Analyse sales trends, track account performance, and provide regular forecasting reports to leadership
- Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Product, and Customer Service to deliver tailored solutions for clients
- Proven experience in the tobacco or vaping sector
- Strong background in sales or account management, ideally managing national or key retail accounts
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive problem-solver with a results-driven mindset
- Full UK driving licence – willingness to attend face-to-face meetings (mileage expenses covered)
