We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join the Workwell Outsourcing team as a Business Development Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the growth of our client base by identifying and engaging recruitment businesses and supplier organisations that would benefit from our outsourced back-office solutions. Reporting to the Sales Director, you’ll be instrumental in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings, while gaining hands-on experience that paves the way toward a future Sales Manager role.

This is a great fit for someone at the early stages of their sales career who’s eager to develop, learn from experienced mentors, and grow into a full Business Development Manager position.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients within the recruitment industry via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs and setting up meetings with senior sales team members
  • Book discovery calls and product demos for the Sales Director and support wider sales team activities
  • Accurately record all communications and lead information in the CRM system
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-up documentation
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to support targeting strategies
  • Build a solid understanding of our products: Workwell Complete Back Office, Complete Funding, Evertime SaaS, and Evertime Pay & Bill
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management

We’d Love To Hear From Someone That

  • Has some experience in sales, outreach, or customer service (experience in recruitment or SaaS is a bonus)
  • Communicates confidently, with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Is highly organised and capable of managing multiple outreach tasks simultaneously
  • Shows a proactive, positive attitude and a desire to grow and develop
  • Is self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Has familiarity with CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred but not essential)
  • Demonstrates an interest in the recruitment or outsourcing sectors
