What You’ll Be Doing
The Credit Controller will play a vital role in ensuring accounts receivable are efficiently managed, client queries are swiftly resolved, and credit limits remain intact. By maintaining well-managed credit accounts, you will directly contribute to enabling our client’s efficient operation. This role demands an individual eager to provide exceptional service and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring To The Team
- Collect outstanding monies from the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring timely payments.
- Identify and resolve client queries promptly to maintain up-to-date accounts.
- Monitor and manage credit limits, ensuring they remain within approved thresholds.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal departments.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve service delivery.
- Provide regular reports on account statuses and escalate issues where necessary.
- Is a team Player
- Has the ability to build inter-departmental relationships
- Is a multi-tasker with good communication skills -written and verbal
- Is able to prioritize and be proactive
- Has a confident and professional telephone manner
- Has a keen Interest in Finance/ Credit Control
