An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Workshop Controller to join Lloyd BMW/MINI based in Colne.

Salary: Basic salary of £32,000 with OTE £46,000 to £48,000

Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 week days, plus one in three Saturdays 08:30- 13:00

Role Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the efficiency and utilization of technicians within the workshop team.
  • Ensuring all work is completed timely and accurately, managing the customers expectations at all times.
  • Reporting and seeking advice on any problems highlighted whilst work is being conducted, so that the customer is informed where delays result.
  • Keeping up to date with all technological developments.
  • Providing job instructions to apprentices in order that they develop the practical skills required.
  • Supporting all team members and working together for the benefit of the dealership.
  • Run a thorough and quality VHC process
  • Have a thorough quality control process for all work carried out.
