- Process invoices, credit notes and manual requests accurately and efficiently
- Review and verify invoices and payment requests
- Assist with month-end close procedures
- Respond to supplier queries and interact with suppliers in in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate and organised financial records

Ideally, we’re looking for
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable desired
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel essential and experience of accounting software
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
