Volunteer Trustee

We're looking for new trustees to join our board here at RSPCA Norwich!

We're an independent Branch of the RSPCA that provides animal welfare services, help and support in the Mid Norfolk & North Suffolk area. Our mission is to raise awareness, provide practical support and demonstrate compassion to prevent cruelty and promote kindness to all animals.  

RSPCA Norwich Trustees are volunteers who shape the work that the charity does and are collectively responsible for governing the affairs of the CIO. We are looking for applications from people from all social and cultural backgrounds, who are passionate about improving animal welfare. 

Following our annual skills audit, and with the upcoming retirement of some long-standing Trustees, we have identified some skills gaps on the Trustee board that we would like to replenish.

As a result, we are looking for people who understand or have experience of:

· Marketing

· Legal expertise

· Fundraising

It doesn’t matter whether you are an experienced Trustee or not, as a full induction and training will be provided.

Becoming a Trustee is also a wonderful opportunity to gain new skills, work with like minded people and shape the future of animal welfare services in your local area!
