We are looking for a hands-on UX Designer with front-end coding experience to help scale our experimentation and personalisation efforts at MPB – the world’s largest platform for used photography and videography gear

Reporting into our Lead UX Designer and working closely with Product, CRM, and Engineering, this role sits at the intersection of design, experimentation, and light front-end implementation. You’ll be laser-focused on Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and On-Platform Personalisation (OPP) – helping us deliver tailored, data-driven user experiences using tools like Bloomreach. This is a do-the-work role, with real impact across our customer journey at scale

What You'll be Doing:

Designing and delivering CRO and OPP experiments - including user flows, prototypes, and A/B variants

Building personalised experiences in Bloomreach using its graphic editor and front-end code

Collaborating with engineers to ensure accessibility, performance and graceful degradation

Working with CRM, Product Managers and Designers to define segments, hypotheses, and success metrics

Troubleshooting and QAing visual/behavioural issues in live variants

Analysing test results and iterating based on learnings

Feeding insights back into our design system and UX strategy

What You'll Bring to the Team:

Hands-on UX design experience, ideally in e-commerce

Proven success designing and running conversion-focused experiments

Strong front-end coding skills – confident with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Experience with experimentation and personalisation platforms (Bloomreach, Kameleoon, Optimizely, VWO, etc.)

A solid grasp of UX and conversion principles across funnel stages

Comfortable working with Figma and design systems

Analysis and reporting skills – confident defining success and interpreting data

A collaborative, cross-functional approach to product work

Even Better if you Have:

Experience working on marketplaces or platform products

Familiarity with Bloomreach

Knowledge of accessibility and performance best practices

A love for photography, videography or the circular economy
