The Role:

We are looking to recruit 1 x35 hours highly motivated Administration Assistant.

The successful candidate must be highly motivated administrator experienced in working within an office environment to join a busy team providing administration support to support the needs of the Children’s social work service at the family front door.

The role of administrative support within the team is to offer general support in tasks such as, completing letters, answering and directing phones calls, booking meetings and minute recording. The case management and recording system that we use is called Liquid logic and you will support the team by completing some key tasks in this system.

The successful applicant will require good organisational and time management skills and will be able to use a range of software packages including Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook.

You will need to have the ability to recognise, acknowledge and have regard to confidential and sensitive matters including Child Protection.

A polite, efficient manner particularly when working under pressure is essential.
