Technial Support Officer

Do you have an eye for detail, excellent customer service and ICT skills, if so this role could be ideal for you.

To provide comprehensive and effective technical assistance to the Planning Service, including the preparation of all planning application and appeal documenation from registration to determination.

Calculation and receipt of application fees and sundry payments.

To provide service support to all customers, including the provision of initial technical advice in relation to planning, pre app enforcement, trees and building control enquiries.

To assist customers when using on-line and public access information.

Expereince of measuring plans and use of a scale rule would be an advantage.

This role is great opportunity to begin a career in planning or building control.
