Welder Responsibilities
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Carry out welding operations using MIG, TIG, and Arc welding techniques.
- Ensure correct alignment and positioning of steel components before welding.
- Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and tools.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet industry quality standards.
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to meet daily targets.
- Maintain accurate production and quality control records.
- Follow all health and safety procedures on site.
- Proven experience as a Welder in a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Industry-recognised welding certification (preferred).
- Proficiency with MIG, TIG, and Arc welding techniques.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
