In this role you will become a valued team member of Rimkus Project Services based in the UK providing commercial and contract advisory services to blue-chip clients and prime contractors for infrastructure and engineering projects. We are typically engaged from the pre-contract phases and deliver post-contract financial compliance, commercial and contract management services.
The Role
You will deliver successful commercial outcomes working alongside project delivery teams for our clients based throughout the UK. We require flexibility and a commitment to service delivery. Our typical working week is hybrid, split between 3 days working on projects or at client offices and 2 days home working.

We are recruiting both Intermediate and Quantity Surveyor level candidates, you will have the right to work in the UK and provide contract management services where your deliverables may include:
- Preparing tender and contract documents.
- Undertaking cost analysis.
- Assisting in establishing a client’s requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.
- Performing risk, value management and cost control.
- Advising on procurement strategy.
- Analysing costings of tender returns.
- Advising Clients on contract forms.
- Providing advice on contractual claims.
- Analysing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports.
- Valuing completed work and advising Clients of payments to be made.
Our Requirements
- A recognised Degree in Quantity Surveying, or a related subject.
- At least 3 years’ or 5 years relevant project experience for Intermediate and Quantity Surveyor roles respectively.
- Demonstrable experience working as part of a commercial team delivering infrastructure, nuclear, oil and gas or similar projects, procuring and administering engineering contracts such as NEC3/4.
- Experience in tendering, procurement and the delivery of contract strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills working with a variety of multi-disciplined teams to achieve successful project delivery for their client.
