Key Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning the end to end recruitment process with a hands-on approach to candidate and hiring manager engagement.
- Primarily supporting our Technology / Engineering functions, you will provide an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Leveraging your sourcing creativity to build relationships with diverse talent
- Finding ways to improve how we work, attract talent and solve problems
- Supporting the evolution of our employer brand, leveraging insights from candidate interactions, keeping active presence at networking events, meetups, sponsorship events and
What you’ll bring to the role:

- Previous experience in an agency, RPO or in-house recruitment team, with a track-record of creatively sourcing diverse and in-demand talent
- We believe that ‘everything is written in pencil’, so you’ll be able to show how you’ve previously adapted to changing demands and prioritised key deliverables.
