To provide a comprehensive onboarding service to new 2plan Financial Advisers.
This includes orienting and training advisers on 2plan's systems and processes to achieve Competent Adviser Status (CAS). The role involves coaching advisers through the assessment of client factfinds and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal business standards. It also includes delivering feedback and guidance across all product lines (Investment, Pension, Protection, Mortgages, and General Insurance), and educating advisers on procedures and systems based on their needs.
Additionally, the role requires collaboration with colleagues and departments to provide an all-inclusive service, ultimately assisting advisers in delivering compliant advice to their clients

Key Accountabilities:
- Provide training on 2plan internal systems and processes to new advisers.
- Assess new business submissions in accordance with the 2plan business standards.
- Deliver appropriate and constructive feedback (both verbally and written) to individual advisers
- Proactively identify trends, feeding continuous improvement and driving positive engagement.
- To take responsibility for end-to-end processes of tasks undertaken, ensuring own knowledge of products and regulatory requirements is understood and complied with.
- To maintain technical product knowledge to support advisers, colleagues and achieve department objectives.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of all systems and processes as well as a basic understanding of other 2plan departments processes
- Deal with queries from advisers effectively and in a timely manner.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with conflicting deadlines while managing time and expectations.
Qualifications/ Experience:
- Experience within a financial services organisation working in a similar customer service / sales environment.
- Have already attained QCF Level 4 Diploma and Level 3 Mortgage qualification or working towards and further support will be provided.
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of FCA and regulatory requirements, such as (but not limited to) Consumer Duty, Data Protection, Anti Money Laundering.
- Use of external research tools, such as FE Analytics, Selectapension, Adviser Asset would be advantageous.
