We have a great opportunity for an Apprentice Insurance Administrator to join the team here at Ravenhall Risk Solutions, part of Jensten Group. You’ll be based at our Leeds office, providing regional administrative support whilst gaining a recognised qualification and establishing a solid career foundation in insurance.
You will have strong attention to detail and be confident to communicate with relevant stakeholders on the phone and via email.
Alongside your on-the-job training, you will also be completing the Insurance Practitioner Level-3 Apprenticeships and the Certificate in Insurance (CII).

Primary duties of this Data Administrator job include:
- Inputting data accurately and efficiently from one system to another
- Ensuring data is accurate and up to date
- Gaining knowledge of each of the schemes
- Contacting Brokers via the phone to validate data
- Processing renewal invites within the given timeframe
- Incorporating the Group’s values into every procedure
- Have a desire to pursue a career within insurance
- Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Have a keen eye for attention to detail
- Have good communication and customer service skills
- Ideally previous administration experience
