Responsibilities
As a Sales Consultant, you will:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a similar role within the fire and security industry, with a history of achieving sales targets
Knowledge: System design understanding is essential, with awareness of Hikvision, Paxton, Advanced, Pyronix, and Galaxy products
Skills: Strong communicator with excellent negotiation and account management abilities
Location: Based in or near Leicestershire, with flexibility to travel locally to client sites
Attitude: Confident, proactive, and customer-focused, with a passion for providing the right solution
Other: Full UK driving licence required

- Conduct site surveys and prepare tailored proposals and quotations
- Deliver professional sales presentations and demonstrate how our solutions meet client needs
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline tracking via CRM software
- Follow up on completed work to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up to date with market trends, industry standards, and product knowledge
- Collaborate with the wider sales team and management to support company goals
