Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Optical Assistant, located on-site in Coventry. The Optical Assistant will be responsible for assisting optometrists during eye examinations, managing patient appointments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include conducting pre-screening tests, providing guidance on eyewear selection, handling administrative duties, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
