Job Description
Line Manager for Retail and Partner advisor roles owning the overall accountability of Retail and Partner governance, compliance, and risk management.
Facilitator of any independent audits and visits carried out by various external & internal Audit teams and visitors – BABT, GMS, OFCOM etc.
Risk specialist for Retail and Indirect channels, actively and regularly engaging with multiple head office teams ensuring relevant risks are recorded and tracked with ambition to improvement.
Develop and maintain working relationships with a number of internal and external stakeholders to deliver business outcomes. This role will be working autonomously and cross-functionally with the LCRA, Risk, H&S, Physical Security, Compliance, Go To Market, Retail Loss prevention Team and Retail field Team Mgt including senior RLT.
To review, enhance and at times adapt the compliance strategy for our Retail teams and drive continuous improvements to improve compliance across the retail estate in line with business priorities and compliance findings.
SME when involved in any Retail and Indirect related projects or initiatives where compliance is a factor, while remaining to be a voice for the channel(s) with effective decision making and influence.

At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry on their role.
Excluding retail, our core hours at Three are between 10:00 and 16:00, with operating hours between 08:00 & 18:30. This allows employees to have a start time between 08:00 and 10:00 and finish time between 16:00 and 18:30.

What You Will Be Doing In The Role.
- Performs due diligence in all activities ensuring right governance forums are in place, keeps record and holds all parties accountable in delivering to outcomes.
- Works collaboratively with Retail and Partner Leadership teams in ensuring retail demonstrate continuous improvement in regulated selling behaviours.
- Continuously look for ways to improve the team’s impact to the business.
- Accountable in ensuring the services offered by our outsourced partner are duly compliant as stipulated in the contract and identifies new measures as deemed fit for Three UK.
- Monitor the compliance of the retail estate to ensure store teams and leadership teams are compliant and there is an effective level of monitoring in place to support our Device finance and ThreeUK.
- Monitor the compliance of Indirect Partners to ensure compliance and adherence to regulatory guidelines set out by ThreeUK, FCA, OFCOM etc.
The type of person we are looking for.
- Proven track record as a people manager, leading teams across large organisations.
- Experience of engaging and influencing at all levels, remotely and in person from 121 up to broadcast level audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, comfortable influencing multiple and various departments internally and externally, with experience of working in matrix or cross functional teams and have proven results in impacting directorate/organisational goals through development interventions.
- Ideal candidate will be a Retail Compliance SME who will lead from the front for Retail and Partner channel to excel, with an understanding of Retail channel with knowledge of processes, campaigns and requirements of Retail stores and people.
- Ability to work autonomously with effective decision making on behalf of the business, be able to identify and manage risks and provide solutions and have the drive to genuinely improve the business by confidently being a voice within own and wider teams to achieve business priorities and overall goals.
- Ability to travel both to Green Park (Head Office), Retail Stores & Off-site meetings.
