- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop strategic partnerships and expand presence and revenue
- Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Lead the entire sales cycle
- Manage and grow existing client portfolios
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various verticals
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to hit the ground running and pick up and deliver tasks from the start
