Aim of the role
As a Linen Porter, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel. You’ll be responsible for the upkeep of linen stocks, supporting Room Attendants, and ensuring our back-of-house areas are spotless and well-organised.

- Maintain the cleanliness of back corridors and staircases
- Support Room Attendants with daily tasks (e.g. beds, linen, extra items)
- Deep clean guest rooms and bathrooms (e.g. descaling, grouting, air-con units)
- Assist with laundry duties and linen stock management
- Restock in-room items (e.g. magazines)
- Help with heavy lifting and general housekeeping support
- Report and assist in resolving maintenance issues
- Follow all health, safety, and fire procedures
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus, but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Able to manage time effectively and work under pressure
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
