City: Farnborough, England
Contract type: Full time

The Opportunity:

We're looking for a data-driven marketer who’s not just great with numbers but also full of creative ideas. If you get excited about driving growth through smart strategy, audience insights, and compelling campaigns, we’d love to hear from you.

As our Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll take the lead on generating high-quality leads, shaping multi-channel campaigns, and helping our sales team connect with the right people at the right time. You’ll also help us grow awareness and engagement on the B2C side by supporting our exciting partnerships.

Working closely with our Head of Marketing, Digital Marketing Coordinator, and Content Creator as well as collaborating across departments you’ll focus on creating a strong pipeline, improving campaign performance, and automating processes that make the journey smoother for everyone.

We’re also planning to welcome an Engagement Marketing Manager to the team in the near future, who will focus on building loyalty and long-term relationships. Until then, you’ll have the chance to shape the full customer journey, from first click to long-term connection.

If you’ve got experience with lead generation, customer journeys, and making data work harder, this could be your perfect next step.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation

  • Plan and deliver campaigns to attract high-quality, high-intent B2B leads
  • Design and manage automated journeys using email, CRM, and remarketing
  • Lead and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and relevant partner channels
  • Create, test, and automate email campaigns that intrigue prospects and drive engagement with the sales team
  • Collaborate with sales to align messaging, develop collateral, and optimise lead handoff processes for both B2B and B2C audiences
  • Contribute to SEO strategy and landing page optimisation to move prospects through the funnel

Forward Planning

  • Support the development of the customer journey across all touchpoints and audiences
  • Assist with digital strategy evolution and messaging coordination throughout the lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding

Measurement and Optimisation

  • Track and report on funnel performance, lead scoring, and marketing attribution
  • Conduct ongoing audience research to better understand and respond to target audience needs

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B or B2B2C lead generation or growth marketing
  • Proven ability to build and optimise campaigns that deliver a strong, qualified pipeline
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, funnel analytics, and attribution models
  • Analytical thinker with a strong grasp of how to interpret funnel data and drive action at conversion points
  • Strong communicator with experience aligning stakeholders around marketing and growth strategies
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and how to use them to support lead generation
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
  • Skilled in Microsoft 365, CRM tools, and email marketing platforms
  • Experience in the education sector is a bonus
