Paragon Referrals based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Care Associate to join their team. In this role you will have the opportunity to enhance your customer service skills whilst working amongst a friendly and spportive team.

This is a permanent part-time position working 21 hours per week.

Your Role And Responsibilities

  • Dealing with clients attending appointments with their pets both face to face and over the telephone
  • Booking appointments and dealing with customer queries
  • Front of house reception, meeting and greeting clients on arrival with their pets
  • Updating patient records and registering clients on our practice management system
  • General ad hoc admin duties

You will be:

  • Well organised, able to multi task and have impeccable time management skills
  • Previous customer service experience essential
  • Excellent telephone manner, able to deal with high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
  • Confident and resilient
  • Remain calm, courteous and professional at all times
  • Be aware of GDPR guidelines when dealing with client data
