Your passion for technical design and “can-do” attitude will be your most important attribute, but the following experience will also help:
Proficient in designing and implementing WAN, LAN, FTTP, Optical, and SD WAN networks, ensuring robust and scalable connectivity solutions.
Skilled in configuring and managing firewalls to protect network integrity and data security.
Extensive experience with leading networking technologies from Cisco, Juniper, Extreme, Ruckus, Aruba, Meraki, and Fortinet, enabling tailored solutions for diverse client needs.
Demonstrated ability to produce clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation and proposals, enhancing client understanding and engagement.
Deep technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to effectively address complex networking challenges and deliver optimal solutions.

Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £60,000 (depending on experience)

Your role as a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant
Glide’s technology solutions transform the way people live and work and you will be a critical part of that.
A typical day might include:
Responsible for shaping customers' thinking, capturing requirements, and designing robust, supportable, and fit-for-purpose solutions that align with clients' business drivers and maximise Glide's differentiation.
Act as a technical interface between Glide and customers, professionally representing the company's overall capabilities and offerings.
Respond to and take ownership of the technical elements of high-value and complex bids and ITTs, providing accurate information within stringent response deadlines.
Articulate and present complex designs, technologies, and solutions to both technical and non-technical customers, effectively communicating features and benefits to build confidence.
Maintain a high degree of technical knowledge across a portfolio of products and technologies, spanning multiple vendors, to support the strategic needs of the business.
