Are you a detail-oriented and strategic FP&A professional ready to make a significant impact? We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join our clients Finance team in Trowbridge on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility to become permanent. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver actionable insights, enhance forecasting accuracy, and support strategic decision-making in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Your Role

In this pivotal role, you will:




  • Deliver incisive financial reporting, dashboards, and insights to support executive decision-making
  • Streamline 13-week cash forecasting processes
  • Develop robust financial models for forecasts and budgets
  • Support the business with strategic initiatives, business cases, and scenario planning
  • Analyse key business trends, variances, and drivers of performance
  • Partner with department heads and senior leadership to drive financial accountability and understand business performance



About You




  • Experienced FP&A Manager with advanced Excel skills
  • Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a background in managing large data sets
  • Skilled at building financial models, dashboards, and process improvements
  • Confident communicator, able to partner with senior stakeholders and present complex data clearly
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for driving business performance
