To support a 52-year-old female with a mental health illness to access the community for social inclusion:
Duties Will Include
Full three-day assessment centre training provided and shadowing and on-going support from an experienced support worker for this role.

- Going for coffee or to the pub for a meal
- Accompanying to social events in the evening ( finish at 10pm)
