We're looking for a commercially sharp, strategically minded, enthusiasticFinance Business Partner to join our central finance team atLithiaUK where you'll be at the heart of providing insight and challenge that drives profitable growth and business improvement across the group.

Reporting to the Corporate Finance Director, you'll play a key role in strengthening financial reporting processes and driving operational efficiencies. By delivering clear, accurate financial analysis and collaborating closely with finance and operational teams, you'll help ensure the business remains financially disciplined and data-driven in its day-to-day performance.

As Finance Business Partner, you’ll be responsible for but not limited to:

• Acting as a true business partner, influencing senior stakeholders, and promoting a performance-driven culture through financial understanding
• Translating data into clear, compelling insight to support decisions, challenge assumptions, and spark debate
• Interpreting monthly financials, KPIs, and trends to highlight opportunities, mitigate risks, and inform action
• Support senior stakeholders with clear budget performance review and spend performance analysis on key business areas.
• Business partner with operational finance and non-finance teams to achieve clear understanding of central costs.
• Championing change and continuous improvement across financial processes

Requirements to be successful in the role of Finance Business Partner:

• A qualified/part qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or QBE with relevant exposure
• Proven business partnering skills & comfortable challenging senior leaders and influencing decisions
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to spot what truly drives performance
• Confidence in turning numbers into a narrative through excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Solid grounding in management accounts and financial reporting, with a keen focus on action and outcomes
