The role will be working within a fast-paced administration team that covers the inpatient booking process for patients attending the hospital for operations. As an Inpatient Bookings Administrator, you will be responsible for effectively and efficiently administering requests for surgical bookings, ensuring the company is able to meet and exceed their service deliverables.
As an Inpatient Bookings Administrator, you will:
Communicate with a range of key stakeholders: colleagues, patients, consultants and medical secretaries
Liaise with patients to book pre-admission appointments and schedule admission times
Process information accurately and efficiently

Hospital facilities include 3 state of the art digital theatres, 32 beds, Surgical Day Case theatre/endoscopy suite, Surgical Day PODs, private consultation rooms, close monitoring units, Chemotherapy suite, on-site registered pharmacy, Diagnostic scanning unit and a Pathology laboratory.
