What you will be doing

To manage the Vodafone customer account within specified area maintaining and driving new business opportunities forward, creating future pipeline and deliver incremental sales growth in line with sales targets and budget requirements.

  • To be responsible for growing a specified area driving sales targets in line with budget requirements and maximizing opportunities to drive forward new and existing business.
  • To develop and drive a plan for a specified area to ensure proactive, innovative and engaging sales approach is taken driving forward strategic conversations with the customer capturing customers needs and maximizing Ricoh’s growth.
  • To proactively drive positive relationships within the customer account aligned to a specific area to build trust and long term relationships that can help strengthen Ricoh’s position with customer.
  • To be responsible for working collaboratively with Pre and Post sales team creating a partnership approach.
  • To ensure that all service and product lines sold by Ricoh are promoted in a structured manner
  • demonstrating Ricoh’s unique selling points and capabilities.
  • To facilitate scheduled meetings with Clients to review Commercial, Operational and Technical aspects of the account.
  • To be responsible for completing EUSFA and all other data relating to the customer up to date.

You will ideally have

  • Demonstrable track record of creating and wining professional services sales in the telco market
  • Experience of creating and winning reseller and systems integration solutions/sales in the telco network security space
  • Experienced in building and wining work package delivery solutions and sales and in packaged resource solutions
  • Knowledgeable of network security technologies, ideally Cisco, Bluecoat, Fortinet, Juniper, Checkpoint and others
  • Experience of working with global telco operators or similar global enterprises
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in an Account Management/Sales role within the IT Solutions and Services marketplace
  • Excellent communication, presentation and sales skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels both internally & externally
  • Graduate level is desirable
  • A minimum level of formal, structured sales training.
  • Excellent IT knowledge, including Enterprise Solutions.
  • Good Presentation Skills.
  • Good level of IT application skills – typically Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Good level of business acumen
  • Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure
  • Self motivated and results driven
