Head of Logistics

We’re looking for an experienced logistics leader to take ownership of our end-to-end supply chain – from planning and warehousing to transport and delivery. This is a key role where you’ll ensure our products reach customers on time, every time, while driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading our UK warehouse site and distribution network, ensuring we deliver our products on time and in full
• Reviewing and aligning logistics processes across our wider Group sites for consistency and efficiency
• Optimising transport and warehouse operations to support both service and cost objectives
• Introducing improvements through technology, process updates and smart planning
• Leading on all Health & Safety practices across logistics, warehousing and fleet
• Managing budgets across warehousing and distribution, including team structure, fleet and overheads
• Overseeing inventory, stock ordering and working capital
• Monitoring and reporting on KPIs, and resolving any issues that arise
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• A strong background in logistics and supply chain management, ideally within drinks and FMCG
• Experience leading teams and managing complex logistics networks
• Skilled in using logistics and inventory management systems
• A strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving skills
• Clear communicator who’s confident working across departments and at all levels
