Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Support Systems & Reporting Administrator to join our community hub team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's core operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the systems inbox, dealing with day -to-day queries, and escalating as appropriate

• Identifying trends in queries so that interventions can be put in place for development/automation

• Support users with the adoption of the systems

• Undertake root cause analysis of any system issue identified

• Perform data cleansing activities and maintenance as required

• Create and maintain procedure manuals, including workflow specifications for use within the customer

• Maintain organisational structures, workflow redirections, tables, roles and permissions as required

• Assist with the collation and delivery of key reporting metrics

• Manage large data imports and/or exports

• Maintain security access to systems, completing regular audits and checks

• Assisting with the management of cyclical changes, for example annual pay reviews, National Minimum Wage updates

• Supporting with regular UAT testing following system upgrades and/or new development

• To regularly monitor system performance raising any concerns

Requirements:

• Experience of providing help/support and guidance to system Users

• Skilled in using Microsoft products (specifically Excel, Work, PowerPoint etc)

• Experience of troubleshooting problems

• Experience of dealing with a variety of stakeholders

• Attention to detail and demonstrated analytical skills

• Excellent organisational and written communication skills

• A team player who is able to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment with different teams

• Ability to deal with highly confidential and sensitive data
