Vertu Accident Repair Centre – Based in Stafford

Due to continued growth and internal changes, VARC Hub is expanding its well-established, friendly team to 10 members – and we’re on the lookout for Purchase Ledger Clerks to join us at our busy, stable, and supportive operation based at Ford Stafford. We are offering a basic salary of £24,720 depending upon experience, plus company benefits!

Key Responsibilities

• Processing high volumes of invoices quickly and accurately
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Managing monthly payment runs
• Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies
• Preparing and processing bank payments
• Maintaining purchase ledgers for multiple dealership sites
• Providing support with ad-hoc accounts duties as needed
