We are recruiting for a Welcome Hosts at Rugby Station!

What are the essentials of the job?
- Working with the On Board and Station teams to provide our Customers with a safe, relaxing journey in a welcoming, friendly and professional way.
- Communicate effectively with On Board and Stations teams to create an amazing customer experience whilst being safe, always ensuring your own personal safety and that of others at all times.
- Assist customers with their travel needs, ensuring concise and accurate information is provided.
- Assist in duties at times of service disruption and emergencies ensuring that appropriate advice is relayed to customers.
- Provide assistance and information to customers use your initiative and empowerment when finding solutions to customers and other people's problems.
