Volkswagen Group Corporate Sales Support/Administrator - Yeomans Group Worthing
Due to the continued growth of our Group Corporate Sales team, we are looking to appoint an additional highly organised and disciplined Fleet Sales Administrator This is an extremely important role as we look to grow our share of the local, regional and national fleet market across our Volkswagen Group brands (Audi, Seat, Skoda, Volkswagen Passenger cars and Volkswagen LCV).
The successful candidate will be supporting our team of Group Corporate Sales Managers.
They will be expected to structure, implement, and manage a robust process from the point of order through to delivery primarily focusing on our Volkswagen Group brands
Experience of Kerridge is essential with Volkswagen Group Agency knowledge an advantage but not essential. It is a prerequisite that the successful candidate will have a flexible approach to working in a fast-paced environment.

- Receiving inbound orders and enquiries from multiple key accounts including leasing companies, intermediaries, and end user clients
- Ordering, invoicing, and registration duties
- Submission of timely rebate claims
- Maintaining an accurate daily operating control log and providing regular status reports
- Liaising with external contractors to ensure aftermarket items are fitted correctly
- Booking deliveries
- Fostering close relationships with internal colleagues from both sales and aftersales departments across multiple sites
