- Lead contract mobilisation, systems implementation, and process improvement.
- Manage budgets, risks, timelines, and stakeholders—internal and external.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align outcomes with strategic goals.
- Engage in hands-on problem solving, guiding teams through complex challenges.
- Champion PMO governance and reporting, contributing to the maturity of the function.
- Proven project leadership experience (10+ years) in complex, matrix environments.
- Ideally experienced in digital, ERP, or business transformation projects.
- Backgrounds in program, change, or delivery management are welcomed.
- Strong communicator, comfortable working across multiple departments and with senior leadership.
- Agile, PRINCE2, or PMP qualifications are desirable.
- Based at Stockport HQ, with travel as required.
