The Head of Marketing and Communications will lead and shape the theatre’s marketing, communications and audience development strategies to achieve ambitious growth in both audiences and ticket sales.
A marketeer that thrives in the balance between delivering creativity and innovation in successful marketing campaigns with commercially minded revenue generation through box office sales and growing yield as a primary driver - focussing on Price, ‘Product’ (our shows), Place and Promotions at the forefront of their responsibilities.
This a senior leadership role, responsible for leading a dynamic team, growing and engaging audiences, developing brand profile/reach, and ensuring Watford Palace Theatre’s voice is clear, bold and distinctive across all platforms and communications channels. This is an opportunity for a confident, strategic, and creative marketing and communications leader who is excited by the chance to shape the public face of an organisation committed to entertainment, inspiration, representation, innovation, relevance and community connection.
