Key Accountabilities
Required profile
- Regular visits to customer’s premises to develop and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Investigate current and future business opportunities within a designated sales area with both existing and potential customers
- Work closely with other companies within the Group to develop business within a designated sales area
- Maintain and develop industry and process knowledge
- Feedback information to be provided through the visit report system
- Process enquiries and sales orders for both contract and parts sales
- Respond to customer enquiries in relation to quotations, and orders
- Communicate with all internal departments to provide accurate information to customers
- Work as part of a team to achieve Company sales and margin targets
- Attend team meetings to contribute to the sales and marketing strategy of the Company
- Provide accurate information to assist with sales forecasting
Required profile
- Substantial proven working experience within a sales role/environment
- Ability to travel independently and work overseas
- Commercial awareness
- Strong and effective communication skills, ability to build rapport quickly
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
- High degree of flexibility, self-motivation and team player
- Highly organized and able to multitask
- Professional and confident
- Willingness to travel overseas
- Trustworthy, Good attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Worked within similar industry
- Engineering experience would be highly desirable
- Experience in using sales order processing software
- Degree in Business Administration /Sales or Technical field
- Additional language would be beneficial
- Calm under pressure and highly reliable
- Strong analytical skills
