Location: Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth

Salary: £25,400

Hours: Full and part time hours available

We are looking for well presented, customer-focussed Retail Sales Assistants to join our premium watch boutique at the iconic Gunwharf Quays retail destination in Portsmouth.

As part of our in-store team you will be the first point of contact for our customers, always offering a warm welcome and delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our company watch brands.

You will develop in-depth product knowledge which will enable you to confidently sell highlight the features and benefits of our Citizen, Bulova, Frederique Constant and Alpina watch collections. Supporting the team to achieve sales targets, you will be responsible for maintaining brand standards including stock displays, visual merchandising and stock replenishment.

We are looking for individuals who take a positive, pro-active approach to their work with a genuine passion for customer service. You will need to demonstrate excellent people skills and ideally have previous retail within the retail, customer service or hospitality sector.

This is an ideal opportunity for confident individuals, enthusiastic about luxury products and ready to either, develop their current retail career or looking to use their excellent customer service skills in a new premium retail environment.
