Hours: 38.75 hours a week (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Up to £26,000 (DOE) plus bonus scheme
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Apprenticeship Training Administrator to support our operational and learning functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative duties, including managing and maintaining learner data, preparing materials and schedules, liaising with candidates, clients and external stakeholders to coordinate skills lab bookings, and ensuring accurate system updates across multiple learning platforms. They will play a vital role in ensuring operational efficiency and compliance within our training delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative duties, including managing and maintaining learner data, preparing materials and schedules, liaising with candidates, clients and external stakeholders to coordinate skills lab bookings, and ensuring accurate system updates across multiple learning platforms. They will play a vital role in ensuring operational efficiency and compliance within our training delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date learner records across Bud, Smart Assessor, and Cognassist
- Monitor attendance records to support with data collation to help Tutor Assessors follow up on non-attenders
- Send timely communications to learners throughout the programme to remind them of sessions and follow up actions
- Update programme timetables and learning schedules as needed
- Upload and maintain resources across SharePoint, Teams and LMS sites for Level 3 and Level 4 provision
- Monitor availability and book skills labs in required geographic locations in line with curriculum delivery plans
- Coordinate logistics for skills lab setup, including confirming bookings and learner communications
- Maintain and use the resourcing list in collaboration with the Quality Lead to source and arrange appropriate materials and equipment
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal training and support materials for apprenticeship programmes
What we need from you:
- Experience working in an administrative role, preferably within the apprenticeship or education sector
- High level of IT literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Familiarity with platforms such as Bud, Smart Assessor, SharePoint, and Cognassist would be desirable
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage workload independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A self-motivated individual with a professional and detail-focused work ethic
