A vacancy has arisen with our Human Resources Department based in Biggleswade for a Human Resources Administrator for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
The role contributes to the success of Liebherr Great Britain Ltd and Liebherr Construction Ireland Ltd Human Resources function by ensuring that all HR processes are followed with accurate records. Working within the Company’s key result areas; Business Performance, Customer Focus, People and Teamwork, Leadership.

Your Responsibilities As a HR Administrator
- Proactively contributing to departmental meetings.
- Providing accurate and timely reports to the Human Resources department, for areas including but not limited to absence, labour turnover, and annual leave.
- Taking initiative in working with specific Human Resources projects which may be assigned.
- Creating and maintaining Employee files.
- Producing contracts and change details for employees and new starters.
- Supporting with all HR administrator and HR Generalists functions.
- Able to support departmental line managers in the interviewing process and documentation where required.
- Liaising with the wider HR and Payroll team including Recruitment and Payroll.
- Supporting with the company inductions for new starters.
- Ensuring all HR systems are kept up to date.
- Any other duty as required by management commensurate with the post.
- Upholding diligence to GDPR requirements and uncompromising respect to confidentiality.
- Proactively striving to build excellent relationships with managers.
- Level 3 CIPD qualified
- Knowledge of HR Systems
- Ability to work effectively in a pressurised environment
- Good effective communicator at all levels
- Ability to work on own initiative
