As the Finance Administrator you will assist the finance controlling team in all aspects of administration to ensure we meet key deadlines and all processes are followed correctly and documented accordingly.This is a part time, fixed term contract with an immediate start for a period of 12-18 months depending on start date.

- Assist in the forecasting and budgeting process
- Ensuring the security and confidentiality of all sensitive data, information and documents
- Provide information for, schedule and attend meetings as required
- Perform checks and reconciliation of information
- Process credit cards and expenses
- Update process notes
- Produce top attention project reports
- Manage Outlook calendars
- Ad hoc work as requested by the Financial Controlling Manager
Essential
- Good Microsoft Office competency

- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
