HR Case Management Coordinator

The Case Management team are a new team responsible for the management of formal employee relations cases in one of the largest and most prestigious universities in the UK.
The Role:
As the HR Case Management Coordinator at Cambridge you will provide effective coordination for complex and sensitive case management processes. This will include taking minutes, arranging meetings and preparing standard template letters.
The role is required to work from the office a minimum of two days a week, but some weeks this will be higher due to when case meetings are scheduled, as these are held in person. The office location will vary within Cambridge offices depending on the case being supported.

In order to succeed in this role you will:
- Have relevant administrative expertise and be experienced in dealing with HR matters;
- Be experienced in taking minutes, arranging meetings and maintaining databases;
- Have the ability to manage confidential information sensitively, possess excellent interpersonal skills, have excellent attention to detail and be able to prioritise your own workload.
