We're Hiring: Account Director – F1 Partnership & Hospitality

Battersea, London (Hybrid – 3 days office) | Travel: 8–10 global events/year

Right Formula is on the lookout for a sharp, strategic Account Director to lead a major global brand’s partnership with an F1 team — with a strong focus on hospitality and activation.

This is a standout opportunity for someone with deep experience in sport sponsorship, especially within Formula 1, to take the reins of a high-profile client relationship and drive best-in-class activation on the global stage.

What you'll do:

Lead the day-to-day client relationship and integrated account team

Develop and deliver high-impact activations and hospitality programmes

Own strategic planning, stakeholder comms, and budget oversight

Be on the ground at key global events, managing flawless delivery

Spot growth opportunities and help evolve the partnership
