This is a 12-month fixed-term role within our multi-disciplinary Internal Design Studio, focused primarily on print. Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer, you'll play a key role in bringing our refreshed brand to life across our store estate and internal spaces working on everything from hoardings and posters to large-format wall graphics.

You'll be instrumental in developing and rolling out a new suite of brand assets, with the opportunity to support other areas of the Design Studio, including digital and production work offering great scope to broaden your skills.

As part of the creative team, you'll help shape the visual identity of Holland & Barrett and its key brands. We act as brand guardians, delivering bold, engaging design and you'll be right at the heart of that.

Key Responsibilities

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for:

• Developing high quality design solutions for rolling out our new look and feel
• Effective relationship management of both internal and external stakeholders
• Consistent interpretation of design briefs delivering creative output within the brand guidelines
• Presenting design concepts in meetings and managing feedback
• Any additional ad hoc design duties as required
  
  

Location: This is a Hybrid role with requirements to be in our Nuneaton office at least two days per week.

We are looking for a talented designer to join our close-knit studio team. We want someone passionate about design and clever concepts, with an eye for great layout.

Key Requirements

• An amazing portfolio of great design
• Previous experience/knowledge in retail design is great, but not essential
• Must be fully competent in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. A working knowledge of Adobe After Effects would be nice, but not essential
• Understanding of the application of design across various touchpoints
• Acute attention to detail
• Organised and reliable
• A talent for creativity and problem-solving
