Production Team Member

You will be part of a team who keeps the companystandards high by working in your department to achieve exceptional standardsof organisation and presentation to make a difference to our customer’shappiness on their onward journey. You will focus on our customers and yourcolleague’s using positive and proactive work ethics.

• Assist in all areas of food production as deemednecessary by your Team Leader in a timely manner in line with company standardsand expectations

• Assist the team in the packaging and labelling of products asnecessary

• Scrub in and assist in all areas of kitchencleanliness, including pot wash

• Assiststock controllers in receiving, checking and storing deliveries correctly,ensuring effective stock rotation at all times

• AssistTeam Leaders in ensuring that all orders from within the business are producedand dispatched on a daily basis, and to the required standard and volumes inline with the needs of the business –speak up and act as a team

• Passon any knowledge and training to new colleagues and any other colleagues whomay need it –help get it right first time

• Maintaincompany record sheets as appropriate and in accordance with HACCP and our FoodSafety Management system

• Undertakeany further training as deemed necessary by your line manager that is relevantto your role – grow your career with us and make a difference

• Carryout any reasonable instruction given by your line manager
