Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, flexibility required

Salary: £34,125.00 - £37,225.50 per annum plus £150 per month car allowance

Are you passionate about making a difference? As Service Manager for our dispersed accommodation across the city of Wolverhampton and the Black Country Hospital discharge team you’ll be at the forefront of driving positive change within people’s lives and their communities.


We are looking for someone who is highly organised, passionate and who can lead and inspire a team. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the challenges people face across our services, a commitment to delivering a quality, trauma informed service and being able to demonstrate and embed best practice and P3 culture.


We're looking for an individual with experience of overseeing all aspects of housing management. You will have a proven track record of delivering tenant services and have a sound understanding of housing law, regulatory requirements and good practice from across the social housing sector. You will be highly organised and a strong communicator, liaising effectively with staff, contractors, tenants and external agencies.
