We’re looking for a reliable and organised Administrator to join our Warehouse Operations team in Hadfield, near Glossop. You’ll work with our busy warehouse and admin team to help track stock, check deliveries and keep things up to date so that everything gets to the right place at the right time. It’s a good match for someone who’s detail-focused, a team player and confident handling tasks that involve numbers and teamwork.

What We’re Looking For

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook

Even Better If You Bring

  • Experience with ERP systems like Navision or data tools like Phocas
  • Previous admin experience, especially in a warehouse or operations setting
  • An interest in making processes better and finding smarter ways to work

Your Day-to-day Will Include

  • Managing order processing from identification to dispatch
  • Handling invoicing and coordinating delivery estimates
  • Overseeing agency timesheets and stock feeds
  • Maintaining accurate inventory through bin management and label creation
  • Booking containers, receiving goods, and updating ERP systems
  • Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety and hygiene procedures

Salary: From £27,584.70 - £30,800.00 (including 10% shift allowance)

Contract: Full Time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week

Onsite Working: Rotating shifts - Week 1: 05:45 – 14:15, Week 2: 14:00 – 23:00 (Mon–Thur), 14:00 – 20:30 (Fri)
